Here you will find all the important details for you to enjoy your holiday undisturbed in the Chalet Hus Hörili in Lech am Arlberg.

We would be pleased to answer any further questions that you have.

On your day of arrival your apartment is ready at 6 pm. The reception at our Chalet is not always occupied. Please tell us your approximate time of arrival so we can welcome you at the Hus Hörili straight after your arrival.

At your departure day we ask you to check out until 11 am so our cleaning personell can make up the apartement for our next guests on time.

We offer one free garage parking space per apartment in our nearby garage. The maximum height for cars is 2 meters. If you are going to arrive with a higher vehicle please let us know.

Of course you will find a ski room and a heated boot rom at our Chalet. For even more comfort we recommend you to rent your equipment at one of the ski rentals next to the ski lifts or to store your skis and boots there for a small charge.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed at the Chalet Hus Hörili.

Our house is a non-smoking Chalet. We ask you to enjoy your tobaccos outside.

To fix your booking, we ask for a deposit of 30 %. You can transfer this into our account or tell us your credit card details.

Bookings can be made by telephone, in writing, by fax, by e-mail or via our online booking form.

The booking is fixed after our confirmation and your deposit. In the case of delayed arrival or premature departure, all of the costs will be charged. Austrian Hotel regulations apply.

We accept cash in every currency at the official bank exchange rate, EC-cards, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

…to protect you and us from possible expenses in the case of a cancellation.
It is not that uncommon that unexpected things happen: the booked holiday cannot take place or has to be shortened. And then on top of that comes the frustration of the cancellation fees. We would like to spare you these financial drawbacks and all associated aggravations and therefore recommend you take out a travel insurance package. Together with our partners the “European Travel Insurance” we are able to offer you this.
Together with our partner “European Travel Insurance” we can offer you this. Travel cancellation insurance: approx. 6% of the holiday price.

This insurance package (minus deductible insurance) from the European Travel Insurance includes as well as cancellation charges, holiday interruption costs, extra expenses for delayed departure or an unintentional holiday extension (road blocks) and search and recovery costs in the case of an accident in the mountains (also helicopter rescue).

To make your holiday decision easier in these times, we adjusted our cancellation policy.

If there is a change in travel regulations at short notice and you are therefore unable to travel to Austria, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.

At the moment the following conditions apply. Subject to change.

If you withdraw from your application for whatever reason, then the cancellation costs (administrative charges) are € 80,00 in every case. Furthermore the following cancellation fees come into force:

Cancellation up to 3 months before arrival: € 80,00 administration fee
3 months to 6 weeks: 50% of the total amount
6 weeks to 14 days: 75% of the total amount
Within 14 day before arrival: 90% of the total amount
1 day before arrival: 100% of the total amount
Early departure: 100% of the total amount
