Finally the summer has arrived!

5.6.2010

After a rainy, snowy and cold May the summer has finally arrived.
While on last Mondy we still had 0°C, now the summer is here and today we already reached the 20°C. Therefore, nothing could make us stay in our office. Work can wait!
Magnus and Linus prepared their race bikes. The first big tour in the surrounding area led them over the pass „Hochtannbergpaß“ in the Bregenzerwald and the pass „Riedbergpass“ Oberjoch to Germany and further into the Tannheimertal valley over the pass „Gaichtpass“ to Weißenbach at Lech where we picked them up savely after their 5 hours trip.

Meanwhile, the elder generation, Dietmar and Martina, went hiking on an easy and beautiful route in the Lechtal valley. From Holzgau, direction hut „Rappenseehütte“. Passing a wonderful waterfall in a fantastic valley. That was enough for the first hiking tour.

6.6.2010

Thanks god, the wheater has been fine again today. And again we couldn’t stand staying at home. The whole family started to Klösterle. Magnus and Linus kept on their running training. From Klösterle to the lake „Spullersee“ over the hut „Ravensburger Hütte“ to the Mahdloch. Their comment: „We had a lot of fun. Up there at the Mahdloch there was still a lot of snow and we enjoyed sliding down without skis.

Martina and Dietmar took the way from the forest to the lake „Spullersee“ and then back to Lech. There are so many wonderful unknown places in the close surrounding. For playing golf, we counln’t find time yet because there are so many things in the mountains waiting to be explored.
