Arrival

The apartments are available to you from 4pm on your day of arrival. Please let us know your approximate time of arrival.
 
Check In
 
To check in, please stop at the Hotel Theodul. There we will complete your registration.  You will receive your apartment key, as well as your AIC or ski pass if you have bought one in advance. We will then accompany you to Hus Hörili.
 
Departure – Vacating the room
 
You too would like to move into your room as soon as possible after a long journey. We ask that you vacate the apartment by 11am on your day of departure.
 
Should you not wish to leave until the afternoon as you would like to, for example, enjoy another magnificent day, the TV room in the cellar is at your disposal for you to move into.
 
Check Out
 
Please come to the Hotel Theodul to check out.

There are no parking spaces at Hus Hörili.

After unloading
- we will allocate you a free parking space
- we ask that you leave your car in the  assigned parking space and don’t obstruct the building’s entrance for too long.

The heated boot room is on the ground floor, just to the left next to the stairs. The ski room is in the garage.
 
OUR TIP: Leave your skiing equipment at the sports shops in the town for a small charge and walk comfortably into the centre and back home.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. We ask for your understanding.

Hus Hörili is a non-smoking building!

Payment

To fix your booking, we ask for a deposit of € 800 per room/week. You can transfer this into one of our accounts.

Bookings

Bookings can be made by telephone, in writing, by fax, by e-mail or via our online booking form.

The booking is fixed after our confirmation and your deposit. In the case of delayed arrival or premature departure, all of the costs will be charged. Austrian Hotel regulations apply.

We accept cash in every currency at the official bank exchange rate, EC-cards, Mastercard and Visa.

Cancellation up to 3 months before arrival: free
Up to 2 months: 50% of the total bill
Up to 6 weeks: 80% of the total bill
Up to 14 days: 100% of the total bill

The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.

We recommend that our guest take out travel cancellation insurance in case of unforeseen problems and illness.  Cost: 5% of the travel price, bookable directly with us or the European travel insurance.
